Access to setting on Illuminated Server

I need to pass on access to a new maintainer for my paid account. When I try to access the settings on cpanel I get the following.
This page isn’t working
illuminated.x10hosting.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500
Any suggestions would be welcome as to how to resolve this.
