Account keeps getting suspended

I have been having a problem with my account being suspended continuously for the last few days. It was recommended that I apply for an upgrade to intermediate which I did and I understand the upgrade has been done. It seems like it happens the most when my members are posting on my forum. I posted myself and didn't get suspended but as soon as I had one of my members go in and do it, the account was suspended. I'm running YaBB 2.2 and that's it. The reason for suspension is

Your hosting account was suspended because:
Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 30 minutes.
Automatic Unsuspension Set? No

I have contacted YaBB and they say that their software does not use that many resources. I don't know what to do to resolve this. This was not happening until two days ago. What can I do to get this resolved?

Do You have any mods installed?
If yes, try removing them.

I have no mods installed and no add ons.

Try using the Access Raw Logs in the cPanel to see what's the problem.

How long have you been approved for?

I was approved yesterday and on my account panel it says by Intermediate - This is the version you are currently using.

I meant in terms of estimated hours, please. If it's less then 24 hours, you might have to wait a bit more, as it could take up to that long to update.

oh sorry, I saw that I was approved about 10 hours ago, don't know if it happened during the night prior to my checking this morning.
