Is something wrong with the server is it just my account?

Maybe your account is suspended or deleted.
If you're talking on how to login try "http://yourdomain.exofire.net:2082", "http://yourdomain.exofire.net/cpanel/" or "http://64.92.165.74:2082/".
Also, maybe you are hosted at "x10hosting.com" and not "exofire.net"
Note: I'm new here, so please excuse me if I said something wrong.

it IS .exofire.net. ive had this account for months. I can't even get to the cpanel. They have been having DNS issues and restarte the server and everyone elses have been workin fine. I know its not deleted because i can still get a connection to FTP but not a list of the files. And its not "Server not Found" 404 Error.
its connection timed out. So i was wondering if its something wrong with my account or if its their servers.

I think it's with your account; for I have an account at exofire.net which is working perfectly fine.

could an admin or account manager please reset my whole webserver? Delete everything, clean, completely and keep same username and password, with the domain slipperywhenwet.exofire.net (its a clan for knight online).

Corporate account also would be good. Please, i have been having problems with my account for a week
