Hi everyone

its nice to be with x10 and now x10 3 is coming providing more better services i would like to wish best of luck to all.

well i want to ask for help from admins regarding my account ,sorry for disturbing i know there is updating going on, but my site is still under problem and it doesnt open​

i have checked i cant accces my website with http://nidhidatasystems.x10hosting.com or http://www.nidhidatasystems.x10hosting.com also i can access all other x10members site but not mine i think there is a problem with my account since its sifted to sustained hosting .iam getting too many complaints from my clients that my site is down ​

please delete my account and if posssible make it on free server not sustained as since last x10 update i lost my account and u provided me sustained server hosting but since my site is in trouble so please make my site go up in free server when u get time .i will wait thanks .​

It seems to load correctly for me.

Although it does say its under construction.

i have checked it but its not opening may be u were able to access it because u were belonging to the same x10 ips or so.my country is india and my isp is airtel which has the dns server 202.56.224.153 and 202.56.230.6
and its main server is in australia and my ip is 122.168.75.182
also anyone cannot acces it i.e my clients all over india even some diagnostic sites on net not even google.
there is very rare case that i can open my site even i cannot acces my cpanel i can only login by giving http://sustained server address/cpanel .i was able to access befor my account was shifted to free server .please look in to the matter thanks iam attaching the picture which i get when i open my site

please look at this if possible please delete my account and make it on free server

From the looks of it, the firewall may be blocking your IP, or your account has somehow blocked you from viewing your own site. I will let an Admin know regarding this and ask them to look into the matter.

You do not need any files on your account? I can terminate it and re-create?

I hope X10 Will Become More Better after that.If possible please make the systems automated including registrations and other tasks also if possible sql backups.so that i removes some extra work load from admins and staff as well as protection from data loss etc.
