Account Still Suspended due to Inactivity after login

My Account was suspended due to inactivity. Instructions were to login to my x10 account to resolve. I logged in and received e-mail that my Account Unsuspension was complete, but I still cannot access cPanel when I login (button says "Error"), and my website (http://beaddiagrams.x10host.com or http://beaddiagrams.com) still redirects to the Account Suspension page. Please help!

I am still unable to access cPanel (button still says "error"), and now my page redirects to an error page saying:
Error establishing a database connection

Also, I continue to receive "Account Unsuspension Complete" e-mails -- about 75 so far. Please help.
