Account Suspended - Can't Login to Submit Appeal, Can't Create New Account

Hi Community Forum,
I've dug through the support forum here, and through the x10hosting help, and haven't been able to resolve my issue. I received an account inactivity warning a bit over a month ago. Typically, I am able to log into my account to keep my account active. However, in this instance, I was not able to log on to my account.
The message I receive is as follows:

There's a Problem
Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

Your account may have been:

  • Removed for inactivity; or
  • Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
  • Requested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

On the sign-up form you should enter your current email address. This way you will not create a second account or need to confirm your address again.


I've attempted to create a new account as per the message above, however when I do so, I'm told that I already have an account, and I cannot continue. At this point, I can log in with my credentials, and it takes me back to where I started.

Ideally, I'd like to restore my account and files. If anybody could point me in the right direction, to restore my account, or at the least, to sign up again, it would be greatly appreciated.
