Ad on forum help

but I need some help with the ads in the phpbb forum, this is my first time with a website and I've already messed up twice, at least I tried. I got to the part with the overall_header.tpl file, but do I want to edit the files? or add something?

You stick the ad code in overall_header.tpl. I don't know exactly, but it's guess work anyway. Try sticking it above "logo.gif" or something like that... you've got to try it yourself.

I checked all those before, the first one goit me to the overall_header.tpl, the last one someone did it for him. The other two didn't help me at all. I pasted this code at the top of the overall_header.tpl folder, but it doesn't show up:

I figured it out. My firewall was blocking the ads, hahahaha. They were there all along.
