Addon Domain Error?

whats the problem? i know how to add last time but now i cant add any domain on addon domain..

What is the domain you are trying to add? Have you set the name servers properly, you need to use ours in order to be able to add the domain (applies to both parked and addon domains), the name servers are: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Also, are you using the basic theme when trying to add the domain, there's been reports in the past with issues adding domain under that theme, I was under impression it was taken care of but it might be some issue with that still. If you are using basic, could you try adding it using the cPanel x3 theme?
