Hello!

I am currently using the free hosting with the new DirectAdmin.

I've been looking at some forums saying that the migration is almost complete. But I've ran into a problem with adding a domain.

I look at my domains and see my domain isn't connected to the hosting. So I try to add back the domain but I receive an error of "Domain already exist". Is this due to migrations still in progress, or is this on my end?

If it previously was a parked domain it would have been altered to be a domain pointer. Pointers are however rather "dumb" domains and can't hold email addresses for instance.

If you need those part you would need to remove it from pointers, take backups of your files just to be safe before doing any changes to domains. Once removed from pointers you should be able to add it as a separate domain

Having the same problem myself and nothing suggested had worked

I clicked Account Manager > Domain Pointers, and then deleted the domain pointer for the domain and readded the domain successfully.
