A Potential Fix
Try loging in here: https://xo5.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess9508997707/frontend/basic/filemanager/
Your username is your sub domain (without the x10Hosting bit) with x1, x2, x3 ect. at the end.
Your password is your account password.
It worked for me.

Update: the prob has been resolved. I logged in from another device, deleted the user and tried again on desktop and somehow the error disappeared...

Exact same problem I am facing now as well. No idea what went wrong. I was trying to fiddle with users and was revoking database user and aborted it halfway. The next time I logged in, I get this error whenever I clicked on Open cPanel.

Can anyone help please?
