I am trying to access cPanel but I keep getting this error. Please help.

I have forwarded this to the migration folks as it appears your account wasnt properly transferred and probably needs to be redone.

Your account has now been re-transferred and you should now be able to login properly.

Hi, I've been getting the same error. I can log into my account to write this comment and access the homepage, but I can't access the cPanel nor connect to the server using the quick FTP information given. It keeps on giving me this "wrong password" error when I'm positive it's the same one I've used to log into my account which is what the page said to use. Please help :)

I'll set a new password in DirectAdmin for you and send you a PM, once logged in you should change it to a more secure one. Note that this will ONLY change the DirectAdmin password as the password is not syncronized between DirectAdmin and our backend (there's no easy API for it either, but we are working on a solution which would always allow logins from the SSO page).
