authentication failed

Ok, i gve 2 people FTP and when they try and login they get "authentication failed" I know i have given them to right FTP info..I have givven them one of my old ones i made on my acount, and they get the same thing...

I can loginto all of the accounts fine...but no one els can...

man i got it so close to working. i got to the login and they login but they dont have access. so ill give u what i have. make a new account with ftp account in cpanel(ftp manager>manage accounts). create a new account. then when its made go to ftp://theusername@ursite.com/theusername. then make them put in as username theusername@ursite.com and the password that u made it. thats all i got. srry if it didnt help.

Make sure they're putting in the right username. username@yourdomain, not just username. I hate how cpanel does that. also, if you're using a web browser, you need to use ftp://username@yourdomain:password@yourdomain

http://apexdesign.x10hosting.com/s0up is his URL i know it there, i hve just made it. I can see it in the FTP maniger..it also some times when i install stuff with fantisico, they dont work...
