(Perdón por mi inglés...)

For some reason my home router's IP has been banned (I have a static public IP address), from where I work on my website. I can access "cpanel" with no problem, and also over FTP, but I can't access from my browser. This is the error that I get:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm not aware of having done anything wrong, and while I can upload files and update the website over FTP, it's an inconvenience not being able to view the website from my home computer.

Could you help me solve this problem or letting me know anything that I should do on my end?

Thank you very much.

Regards,

Please copy and paste here the full exact browser login-in link you're trying to use and which browser and version.

Reply with your static public IP address and the URL of the error.

I would have thought admins can already see his IP. :)
I'd only publicly share an IP if it's meant to be known, publicly.
If he's running a home server (with public IP) then I presume he wouldn't need X10 hosting.

Sorry, I thought, from home, you couldn't get into https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

So from home, you have FTP and cPanel access?

Yet from home, you can't see your actual site http://pcb.x10host.com/
(I can see it from Australia)

You said your IP was, "public".

If so, then as lyle suggested, I'd post the 'public IP' and
hopefully an admin can check firewalls etc.

Are your posts here, made from your home IP?
If so, the admin's will be able to see your home IP anyway.

Yes, I can enter https://x10hosting.com/sso/login without problems from my public ip.

From this public ip (fixed) I can access without any problem cpanel and ftp, but I can not access http://pcb.x10host.com/

Effectively, from any other ip I can access without problems.

Yes, I'm writing this from my public static ip.

I have some fear in publishing the ip in these forums, in any case it ends in: .... 220.122 in case some administrator can do something.

Sorry for my English, I'm translating with google.

These two images I just took them right now from the same computer and browser.

I'm a free member as well, thus I can't see behind the scenes.

It's odd you can get to everything else from home, but not you actual website.

Until an admin checks your private static home IP ... have you tried the Firefox or Chrome browsers?

I have already fixed the problem in https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/, but after 12 hours I still have the same problem in x10hosting.

Apparently I can not see from this IP any page of x10host. Can someone help me or unblock the ip. Thank you

I would recommend contacting your ISP and have them issue you a new IP address that is not blacklisted and contains a valid PTR record.
