Like a few guys here, I can only access site through proxy. I don't have a permenant IP address so I think the range of addresses have been blocked.
My site is completely in English.
Please unblock... most of my visitors are from India.
Edit:
someone please help.. this is not a server issue.. site is perfectly accessible via proxy.

I don't see your IP in the firewall, can you try flushing your DNS, clearing your cache, temp files, etc..

i flushed the dns, deleted browsing history and cache in firefox... still doesn't work.
i think earlier today.. munim.x10hosting.com was working for some time and the domain noname01.com was not.. even ftp was working.
however, nothing is working now.
Edit:
hey wait a sec.. i can see my site on my phone.. and i use the same data connection to surf on my computer! thats strange...
well.. atleast nothing is wrong at your end.. will try something else on my comp.

Okay.. something strange is going on.. I tried clearing the cache in IE this time and it worked.. my site was loading.. after some time, it stopped loading again! flushed dns, emtied cache, not working. infact, this time its NOT working on my phone itself. don't think its a problem with my computer this time. still works on proxy though.. am i doing something wrong?
Edit:

fyi: according to whois.sc, my IP is not blacklisted. it says blacklist status: clear.
