Can't Create New Site - Proxy Error

Someone at x10 will read this post and check you IP. My question is about Firefox. I use google chrome and it has a few settings I have disabled.

"Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors"
"Predict network actions to improve page load performance"

Does Firefox have any options like this? I thought this may be the cause of the false positive.

I'm assuming another false positive and there's nothing I can do about it?
