Can't log into Wordpress

I installed and created a website using Wordpress and was using it for two days before it logged me out. I tried to log in but it keeps saying Invalid email address (not sure if it does that for both username/email address errors and password errors). Decided to just hit Lost you password? and reset the password but it keeps saying no user registered with that email address (for the email I entered to get my x10hosting account). Can anyone help? Not sure if I need to send a ticket or if I am doing something wrong. Does anyone know the default username it gives you, I'm sure I left that part as what they automatically entered because I wasn't sure if it would install and work correctly.

Figured out how to access the user in mySQL and found it had used an email from x10hosting so I replaced it with my own email and got the password reset link sent.
