can't login to cPanel

after filling perfect username & password i can't login to cPanel.
1st it says login succesfull , redirecting, after it comes up back to cPanel login saying your ip adress has changed,login again.
i done everything, cleared browser data, system temps, caches, ect....but still not working.
please help...

Does your IP address constantly change? If so, I'm afraid our control panel won't allow you to login due to security reasons.

but i dont know if problem occurs. bcoz i am using dailup connection. internet via mobile.

i am unable to login to cPanel.
staff member "Dead-i" said that my ip address changes repeatedly. i use dialup internet connection by mobile. i also talked with my mobile operator if this problems is occured by them. the operator said no from us your network, ip & net connection is fine, better you contact your hosting provider staff for help.
Please staff members give me solution.

I'm afraid that this is a security feature of cPanel that we cannot disable. It is to prevent hackers hijacking user's sessions, so we cannot disable such an important security feature.

I'm afraid we cannot control how your ISP changes your IP address, so this is out of our control.

Your mobile network are probably changing your IP address; it's a common thing to do with this kind of internet access. It won't affect normal internet browsing, so your mobile operator will likely not see it as problem.
