Can't register site

I'm having issues registering/creating a new site.

I hit the green COMPLETE SIGN UP button and it says that it is processing it but then I get this error:

Error: XML Parse Failure: String could not be parsed as XML [HTTP stream connection to https://community.x10hosting.com/jm.php was not successful 6.]

Can someone fix this so I can make my site?

I'm having the same issue. Every time I try to log in I get the error message "XML Parse Failure: String could not be parsed as XML [HTTP stream connection to https://x10hosting.com/community/jm.php was not successful 6.]"

where - like what URL - are you trying to login at ?

When I made an account and went through the options I came to a screen that asked for me to check the box indicating I agree to the terms. After checking the box and clicking submit, the error message pops up.

Please advise
