How do I use a custom domain

To use your own domain with x10's free hosting, please follow the instructions here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Use_Your_Own_Domain

Please note that the option to use a custom domain is not given on signup, however this can be changed after account creation. This is because a lot of users were expecting custom domains to be provided for them as they selected it on the signup form. This is not the case.

What are the country restrictions

http://x10hosting.com/forums/useful-information/166022-country-restrictions.html#post847070

Countries in the "Blacklist" section of the above link are not allowed to sign up for hosting accounts. This is non-negotiable.

Countries in the "Whitelist" are able to sign up for a standard free hosting account immediately.

Countries not listed in either the Blacklist or the Whitelist are so-called "High Risk". This may be due to previous abuse etc. of the service. Signups from these counties will be put on a separate server with a temporary 500MB disk limit and a 10GB bandwidth limit. After these accounts are 7 days old or more, the owner can post a support ticket to request an upgrade to the standard package, subject to an inspection of the account/site to verify it falls in line with the Terms of Service. If all is well, the upgrade request will be processed and you will have the same account as any other whitelisted account.
