connecting to my apache server via a local pc?

As what the title says - I go on my pc http://localhost/ and it works, and so does http://192.168.1.3/ but how do i view that on my other pc - i put in http://192.168.1.3/ on it but it says HTTP 404

Can someone give me a guide please?
