Constant Site Suspension

I am constantly being suspended for "High Resource Usage" It would seem people can view my site, but the minute you try to edit articles through the back-end (I am using wordpress), I get suspended...

Any ideas?

What kind of WordPress plugins are you using?
Some are known to cause high resource usage issues.

I was using Backupify for Wiordpress too, but I HAVE disabled that one...

I know those three use a lot of resources, I'm not sure about the others.

OK, I'll disable broken link checker and google sitemaps, and run them periodically instead. Can't do without SEO though...
