Try these steps to regain access to your cPanel - it works some of the time but not all the time
1. Reset(same as it was) or change your password in the Account Portal (AP) --> https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php
2. Wait for it to say that the change took effect
3. This is important log out of the Account Portal (AP) and log back into it
4. Wait 5 minutes (it takes time to update all the servers in the cluster) before using the blue [ Access cPanel ] button
