Converting static website to CMS

Hi, guys and girls. Who knows, which CMS to choose for converting static website on Jekyll to dynamic site? There is a lot of helpful plugins. But I need some simple CMS, which can read yaml file with data and liquid template. Or, maybe, I don't understand something.

You may have a little trouble finding what you're looking for, since all of the automated tools I'm aware of are for working in the other direction (moving from dynamic CMS-generated sites to static page elements for a generator for performance reasons). Because the most common use case's starting condition is a CMS, there isn't a lot of incentive to build a tool that equates to "restore the backup".
