I'd try but I'm on xo2.x10hosting.com (which is working fine)

Can either of you get FTP access?

I can access FTP and my site is working properly. Just accessing the CPANEL as mention by a thread starter the problem.

There's nothing we can do about it. Let's wait patienly for admins to fix it.

Exactly the same here, so it's probably not related to individual users.

Are any Admin people watching this?

About a week ago I had a message saying my account would expire if I didn't log in - but this fault will not let me log in.

The help files say that I can ask for my account to be restored by logging in!

Can something be done within the next week or so before my files are all deleted?

Fortunately, ftp still works. I have downloaded everything in case I have to start again from scratch.

    Thanks

    Ken

The requirement that x10hosting to prevent inactivity is to login in https://x10hosting.com/sso/login. That's all you need. If your site is working properly then it's okay for now. The problem here is if you want to do something that it will require you to use cpanel.

I Don't think there is anything we can do. The Cpanel installation or the template is corrupted and needs to be fixed or reinstalled by an admin.

Nothing, we were on the same boat. Its their side problem not us. There is nothing we can do on our side to fix it. Are you on same server mention here on this thread as us.
