cPanel access problems

Hi. I cannot access cPanel. The login is correct, but when trying to 'Open cPanel' it responds:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

... and so on indefinitely...

Update: Direct access to DirectAdmin (https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222) works ok.
The problem is in the link from the login page.
