I get this error message at my cPanel stats tab: [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]:

I also get an error message when I try to create a new folder in public_html in Legacy File Manager (File Manager v2) Unable to change directory to /public_html! You do not seem to have access permissions! (System Error: No such file or directory) in /public_html
I can't create any files nor folders.I can't create any files in the normal File Manager (v3) either, not does File Manager display neither public_html nor public_ftp in my /home/<username>/
When I try to upload files to File Manager (v3) I get this message:

index.html: unknown Bytes: 0% Complete FAILED! :Unknown error or disk quota exceeded.

My Web Disk does not show any files either, just empty space. When I try to drag i.e. a folder named 'html' into Windows Explorer, having opened the Web Disk space, Windows will claim that a file named 'html' already exists.

I can't create any email accounts, ftp accounts, anything in fact.
I set up my account two days ago.
I'm on the Cossacks.x10 server.
I have not yet recieved an e-mail containing my account details for neither x10hosting nor cPanel. Yet passwords and usernames are as I set them up back two days ago.
I'm using a co.cc domain name.

Thanks in advance

Re: cPanel Error - [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive

This has indeed been a known problem for a few people. When an administrator sees this thread, there may be an offer to delete your hosting account and then recreate it. So far, that solution has worked for this situation.

Hi tfadmin,

Now that the problem has been fixed, I am going to close this thread to mark it as resolved. If you need more help or have any additional questions, feel free to create a new support ticket.

And Merry Christmas to you too. :p
