Hello,
I tried to restore my web page files and now I can not open Cpanel to access these files. This is the error:
Internal Server Error

500

No response from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 13 when it ended.

cpsrvd/11.56.0.22 Server at xo5.x10hosting.com

Please help restore my web pages, it's for an environmental group I support.
thanks,
Bruce

I lost access after not logging in for a month, so my web page is down. In trying to restore the files I am now stuck and cannot connect via FTP either.

<bump>. I'm Willing to listen to any advice, all I got from X10 is aneed to be a paying customer. It was there free tool that caused this problem. After I restored using X10's restore function it was game over. So I would advise folks to beware before your restore. You will end up like me and lose access to your site.
