I created a new account with the same domain. It created the website, but the website still says the domain doesn't exist.

Have you tried clearing your cache (deleting your site from your browser's history and restarting the browser)? That notification page is highly cacheable and notoriously sticky.

I cleared the cache, even tried loading the website in another browser and devices (on my laptop and iPad). It didn't work.

Now I have to recreate the website, but there was not much on it anyway.
