Hi everyone!

I've got problem with the Free Hosting version of X10Hosting. When my PHP application sends e-mails, some of them never arrives to the e-mail recipients (no marks of these e-mails that disappear and are even not delivered into 'spam' folder of the recipient). Apparently the mail is deleted because x10hosting is on blacklist to which the incoming e-mail server refers.

I've finished developping an application that I want to put in production. So my question is the following: if I buy a paying X10Hosting Premium plan with dedicated IP adress, will this solve the problem? Does the dedidacted ip address appliy to the mail server or only to the web server?

Thanks a lot for your insights! :)

I asked one of the staff members on the premium side about this, and it appears you also sent in a question directly to them which he has replied.

That said, if someone else comes across this wondering the same, premium hosting does operate on different mailservers from free hosting, but would not use the dedicated IP of the hosting plan.
