Did I get suspended?

Hi everyone, I'm writing here because I got the "Account Inactivity Final Warning" but for some reason the mail notification came today instead of yesterday (my phone or connection's fault) so i've just tried to login but the button to login in the control panel says "Standby..." and then "Error". Also I can't login to my ftp and I can't make a backup of my site. Does it mean I've already got suspended? And if so how can i get unsuspended? Thanks in advance.
