Difficulty Logging In - Outside of U.S. / DB issue

I frequently travel to Canada and need to be able to access my website / cPanel from outside of the United States, in Canada. Allowing for me to be able to login outside of the U.S. in Canada would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to have to change Hosting Providers.

Also, for some reason, I am unable to login to the Wordpress site either and even when I attempt to reset the password, I get an error -- "Could not save password reset key to database."

Assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Free hosting is set up such that you must log in from the country in which you joined. This is to protect the hosting company and other free host users. This has been discussed many times on the forum.
