Disable Proxy?

I can not sign up for a free hosting account. It keeps saying
"We've detected that you are accessing our website via a network proxy. Please disable your proxy."
What is this? I have already searched it online and done what it said in tools but still will not let me register.

I have been trying for two days to sign up and I keep getting the darn proxy thing telling me to disable my proxy settings and I have done so but I still get the error. It should not be this difficult to sign up for free web hosting! Any help would so be appreciated.
