Do I have the correct url?

Hi I uploaded a test file via FTP successfully to my public_html directory, but am not seeing it out there. Is my URL simply http://sombilla.x10.mx/ ?

Yes, but your page will only show up if it's named "index.html" or "index.php". For any other file, you'd need to use http://sombilla.x10.mx/filename.extension in order to see it.
