When I try to to to my website via an A Record I used to get there, I get the error “Domain document root not found.”

referrals.sandysutton.net is supposed to go to sandysuttonreferrals.x10host.com

It seems to go there, but I get that error. Please fix this when you get the chance.

    Thanks,
    Matt Reno

Is referrals.sandysutton.net listed as a subdomain with the document root as public_html?

    I believe so.
If the document root needs to be changed, I would need instructions for that. Also, I don't know what I should put for the A Record. My A Record might have the wrong information there. Also, my domain is set up with Network Solutions currently.
Any advice on that would be appreciated on fixing this issue.

You need to set the A record for referrals.sandysutton.net to 198.91.81.7
    Currently it is 198.91.80.2

    ping sandysuttonreferrals.x10host.com
    ...
Pinging sandysuttonreferrals.x10host.com [198.91.81.7] with 32 bytes of data:
    Reply from 198.91.81.7: bytes=32 time=82ms TTL=51

    ping referrals.sandysutton.net
    ...
Pinging referrals.sandysutton.net [198.91.80.2] with 32 bytes of data:
    Reply from 198.91.80.2: bytes=32 time=83ms TTL=51
