I got an email saying that my account was created and that I could start screating my account but then I click on http://pokemonadopts.x10host.com it Says Domain does not Exist. And I can't open up the cPanel to edit anything.

I get an index of/ page, meaning the domain works but there's nothing uploaded yet.
You likely caught it before it went "live", there's usually a small delay before the new domain information propagates over the Internet.
If you continue to have issues reaching the domain you may need to clear browser cache and/or flush dns cache.

I don't get the Domain does not Exist anymore but i still can't get into my cPanel. And the Domain won't load it goes for a little bit but then i get
