    I feel employees should still be active more on here. I look at it this way. If you hope people would buy from you, support for free accounts should be half decent at least. Anymore if I email support to get a direct message from an employee, they refuse to help even if it is a server issue.

    ive suggested this in the past but i dont think they monitor as much as they should.
    emailing support sometimes works depending on the circumstances.
    email support is usually reserved to paid users not free though.
    in some cases using the forums helps if you dont mind waiting.
    but its rarely an instant reply to anything.

    It depends. When it’s a server issue that needs to be fixed then it doesn’t get fixed where even emailing them they’ll refuse to help unless I pay.

    I agree with you though, support should show more of a presence here.
    they are not around like they should be even for free support.
    thats why you may see me suggest to people to email them.
    they may get a better response by doing that, then waiting in the forums.
