I'm asking for help. I've been trying to install Moodle following the instructions on their website. But when I want to run the installer http://theenglishcorner.x10.mx/install.php I get [h=1]403 Forbidden[/h]Access to this resource on the server is denied!
What does it all mean and what should I do about it?
