Error 404 Not found with .php file

Hi, I uploaded 2 files in cPanel, one html and one php.
Html works fine but my file php is getting this error

Not Found
The requested URL /test.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I was already looking in previous topics from the forum but did not work...
Someone can help ?

Ok... I create a new file.php inside in cPanel File Manager and it's working, the file.php who I uploaded continues not working but it's a progress...
