The account was confirmed to be providing directions/links to sites trafficking illegal copies of full-version movie downloads. Under current US Law, this would be considered contributory copyright infringement (knowingly and willingly aiding others in violating copyright), but would also violate our Acceptable Use Policy, Section 1, "Is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections;" as many of the videos on the release sites you linked to are ripped from DRM protected media. This is ignoring that some of those sources are offering full downloads of movies not even on home media yet, which is a whole different level of copyright infringement.
Due to the high levels of abuse we often see as a free hosting provider, we operate under a Zero Tolerance policy for major infractions such as copyright infringement, warez, adult material/porn, etc. We used to offer some leniency, but after seeing nearly every account given a second chance promptly continue to break our ToS, we were unable to continue doing so. We are not able to lift the suspension, and cannot guarantee the ability to create new accounts in the future.
Edit: As a quick note, we normally would not count a link alone as a violation (we know mistakes can happen and would attempt to address that with the account owner), however the sites linked to were done so because your site identified itself as "a one-stop-shop for streaming media." The one site I clicked on during a re-review (after it was already tagged and suspended by another admin) was not hiding its legitimacy at all - it had full-page advertisements running for movies that are backed by major studios that aren't out on home media yet, such as Thor: Ragnarok, a movie that won't even be available for legitimate digital download until 2/20, and blu-ray on 3/6. There would have been no way to link to that site and not know it was trafficking illegal video rips.
