fill in the host: stoli.x10hosting.com, port: 2083, and username: redcliff, and correct password, but got error message: windows error 10060. Don't know how to do. Thank you!

If you are using it for SSH, then it's not possible to use it. SSH is not available at all for free hosting accounts.
