fix main email account password

(this was from another thread, but I realized it should be a separate ticket)

It seems my main email account will not accept the password.
I thought it was the same as my cPanel/DirectAdmin/SSO password.

I recently learned that the x10host firewall has blocked access to my email AND webpage AND DirectAdmin (based on my ip address) because of a "Failed POP3 login" on that main email account.
The rest of my email accounts work fine.

What can be done?

if you by main email refer to the automatically created one that is in the form of dausername@maindomain.x10host.com, it should indeed be the same password as you have for DirectAdmin.
However that email account would have the login username without domain information (hover over the email address in DA and it should tell you what username it will accept).
