Frontpage error

When i try to upload my site via frontpage i get this error: The server could not compleate your request. contact your web server administrator to make sure that the server has the frontpage server extensions or sharepoint team services from microsoft installed.

when i clicked "cick details for more information" it says:
403 Forbidden
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.ts2e.x10hosting.com Port 80

wHAT Version of Forntpage are you using

Try to clear the extensions in cPanel and re-install it again !

Have you tried the FTP Method instead.....Now , you have used Frontpage right to upload to your site before. Now , just use FTP to upload it to your public_html . Sometimes....Frontpage does not like cPanel Frontpage Extensions...

In some rare cases , you may have to delete the entire site (Please do a backup before doing that)...
