I normally use an ftp client to upload content to my site, but about a week ago I started having this problem whenever my ftp program tries to connect. This is the error message I get:

"An FTP error occurred - cannot make connection to host.
530 Login authentication failed."

Like I said, I started having this problem about a week ago. Before that, everything worked perfectly, and no, I didn't change a single thing.

I've since been using the cPanel file manager to upload stuff, hoping that this may just be a temporary glitch, but it's really starting to get annoying to have to login manually and upload individual files one at a time.

Any ideas on what the problem could be and how to fix it?

Check that you have the following data to enter your account via FTP:

Port: 21 (default)
IP/Host: 70.87.51.250 (This is the IP of the server your account is on).
Username & Password: The same you use to login to cPanel.
