Would you please send me informations concerning my account (ftp name, ftp adress, my ftp user name, etc). I received an email where i can access to the informations but now the code is invalid and it's impossible to find those informations on my x10hosting account...!!!

ftp server name (ftp address) : ftp.carolelamour.x10hosting.com
ftp user name : your cpanel username
ftp Password : your cpanel password

You can see your account information in your account panel http://x10hosting.com/control
