FTP Timeout: File Manager USELESS Now!

About 10 minutes ago, after I created a folder, refreshed, the ftp server stopped working!
Please help!

Need more specific information, if it's not working you should receive an error.

It said Connection Timeout. Then it showed Data Error. tried using filezilla, same thing happened, but now its fixed. Probably got overworked since it gets 0.15 bandwith every 2-5 days
