Ftp...

Ok i gave my firend some FTP space on my host, and when she trys to login it dosnt work. I use the same info i gave her and it works fine for me. I tryed a bunch of diffre Address, and it works fine. I tryed changning the pass, and works fine for me. BUt not for her. Its her first time using FTP, and she showed me a Screen Shot and it was all perfict..Anyone have any ideas?
