I was just migrated to x13 on the 18th. I have 2 domains. New files uploaded to one domain work fine. However when I upload files to my other domain the file dates and contents are updated, but the public still sees the old file content, the Ghost Files. How can I fix this?

Example:
The updated/uploaded version of the following file has "Last updated 1/21/20" under the page title (so the difference is visible), but the link below still shows the Ghost File without the "Last updated 1/21/20" note.

Thank you for trying to help. I believe you referred to this part of the post:
------------------------------------------------------------------
"so anyway under folder "Account Manager" > "Domain Setup" click your domain that giving you an a difference of hosted files for http and https.
There should be a check box for "Secure SSL" you had an option to whether disable this or not.
if enable/check "Secure SSL" an option will appear "• private_html setup" click this and select symbolink between private_htmp and public_html to be the same. All files should edit under "public_html"
OR select "use a directory name private_html" to edit only https on private_html folder.
If I were you you should use the symbolink

if disable/uncheck "Secure SSL" all files are hosted on public_html and the private_html is there but cannot use to host.
------------------------------------------------------------------
I tried all this and did not make any difference. I tried Secure SSL enabled and disabled, redirect/no redirect, no difference. One domain is updateable, it is the http address, the other domain shows the ghost files and was switched to an https address during migration, which I cannot change. I do not have a private_html directory.

Can you check in file manager too .? It should be under domains.

Anyway, sorry I can't help you much at this point let's wait for other members who are more experience to deal with your issue.

@ hungaria

all i see when i try your link is this...

Your connection is not secure.
The owner of www.hungariae.com has configured their website improperly.
www.hungariae.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for x13.x10hosting.com

As for the issue of SSL certificate, this cannot be done or modify since the module to edit/config the SSL certificate itself is disable to us users
hence we get invalid/mismatch certificate.
On the first picture shown click "private_html setup" then select symbolink option.
If you still want to connect your paid domain with https with a valid SSL certificate this can be done only by Cloudflare CDN.

Otherwise uncheck "Secure SSL" box.
