GRRR Frustrated

Ok, everything is up, working and going lovely. Then, x10host has an issue (so I'm told by x10, they're "keeping an eye on it"). It works for 24hrs. Now, another problem on the x10 side. We're into day 3 of this. x10 now tells me if I was a paying customer, they would look into it, otherwise, post it here.

This is my trial run of x10 service guys, if it was reliable, I'd BECOME a paying customer. What to do now?

I'm so sorry to hear that; I'd really like to put this right.

Edit: It looks like your website was displaying a blank page. I have enabled error reporting on your account, and your website is now revealing several PHP errors. This looks to be caused by a plugin. You might want to try reading the errors and disabling the WordPress plugin causing it.
