Ok, everything is up, working and going lovely. Then, x10host has an issue (so I'm told by x10, they're "keeping an eye on it"). It works for 24hrs. Now, another problem on the x10 side. We're into day 3 of this. x10 now tells me if I was a paying customer, they would look into it, otherwise, post it here. This is my trial run of x10 service guys, if it was reliable, I'd BECOME a paying customer. What to do now?
