Guestbook cgi problem

Hello,

I have moved my site from my previous provider but when I test the guestbook I received the following error

Software error:

Can't find string terminator "~" anywhere before EOF at guestbook.cgi line 4673.

Keeping in mind that I tested the script on my previous host and it worked so the problem
is not from the not from the code. the script is located at:

Just because it works somewhere else does not mean it will work here, we could have different versions of software running.

I'm not that experienced with CGI so I'm not sure exactly what it's looking for but I bet a quick Google search will provide the answer. We have many people using CGI so I know CGI is correctly working.
