Help My Account Got Suspended

when I sign in to my account on the x10hosting page to manage my website it says my website is suspended

It looks like you previously owned an account that was permanently suspended due to malicious content being hosted on it. I have looked at the logs, and can confirm that there is, unfortunately, nothing more I can do here.
